Our Story

WM Casualty Simulation Group was formed in 1992 to bring realistic casualty and trauma scenarios into training environments. Starting with small local exercises, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for emergency services, healthcare teams and training centres across the region.

Throughout our history we have facilitated a range of operations from localized drills to complex multi-agency simulations. WM Casualty Simulation Group is a registered charitable organisation,  dedicated to professional excellence. These projects continue to shape our approach to volunteer safety and immersive scenario design for our emergency service partners and training providers.

Our Expertise

We specialise in creating hyper‑realistic casualty and trauma simulations that add genuine pressure to training. Our volunteers are carefully briefed and supported so they can react appropriately to changing scenarios and instructions on the day. We combine professional‑standard makeup, props and role‑play with a focus on learning outcomes.

  • Hyper‑realistic casualty makeup and wound simulation
  • Trained volunteer role‑players for all scenario sizes
  • Experience with road traffic collisions and major incidents
  • Exercises tailored to your specific training goals

MISSION

Safe, Realistic Incident Training

Our mission is to help frontline teams prepare for the realities of casualty care in a safe, controlled environment. By making training scenarios feel as close to real incidents as possible, we give staff the chance to practise their skills, decision‑making and teamwork under pressure.

We are committed to professionalism, safety and respect for everyone involved in an exercise. Every scenario is planned with your organisation’s objectives in mind, so the time you invest in training delivers real benefits for your teams and the people they serve.
