We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us deliver high-impact, realistic trauma training for the UK's emergency services. By joining our simulations as a casualty role-player, you play a vital part in preparing responders for real-world life-saving scenarios.
Roles & Experience
Time Commitment
No prior medical or acting experience is required. We provide full training and safety guidance for every scenario. Roles involve acting as casualties or bystanders under the guidance of our trauma leads.
Our training exercises take place periodically across the West Midlands. We offer flexible volunteering—simply sign up for the sessions that fit your schedule. Full-day and half-day options are available.

Casualty Actors
Help emergency responders practice their life-saving skills by portraying casualties in a variety of trauma scenarios. No medical experience required; we provide full training and safety guidance.
Simulation Technicians
Work behind the scenes to create hyper-realistic trauma moulage and manage site safety. Ideal for those interested in special effects makeup or exercise coordination. We also welcome SFX students wanting experience for their portfolio.
